The best way to prepare for an interview is to take the following steps: Great People, Great Company, it was a honor to work for the Spire company and I would definitely come back. I had a baby and they let me take all the time i needed for first couple of months, and when I sat for the CFA exam my manager let me take a few days off and the company paid for it. The company let us work from home during the pandemic and even afterwards, and when I had other life events, management was more than accommodating. Spire has a start up atmosphere and you will be in charge of your success and with that comes great responsibility (just like every other job). With that being said, if you don't want to put in substantial effort, this is not the place for you. I have learned an enormous amount of information about all facets from compliance to accounting in my role that i cant begin to thank this company for how much i have learned. I was in charge of multiple tasks that carried significant weight at the company. They are extremely knowledgeable of the broker/dealer and Investment Advisory business with decades of experience. As an Operations Associate, I had the pleasure of working under a great manager and the associates under him. They respect their employees and their professional development. Productive and Innovative start up! Spire Investment Partners is a great company to work for. If you decide to resign because your salary has been reduced, then to the best of my knowledge you will not be entitled to unemployment insurance. An employee is more acceptable to accept a reduced salary because they will be out of work and then they will make zero.

But once you get the job then they can reduce your salary later on. I feel that the company wants to compete and grab talent so they will offer you little more than the competitor regarding salary. I have 20 years of work experience and 11 years working in the financial industry and I never heard of a company lowering the employee's salary. Furthermore, they cut my salary by $10,000.00. I know that 8 people got their salary cut from the same location. If you have some experience, then I would not apply.
